Thank you for shopping with us! We want to ensure your new wardrobe additions arrive quickly and safely. Below you'll find our shipping terms and conditions.
1. Order Processing & Fulfillment
All apparel orders are processed within 1 – 2 business days , excluding weekends and public holidays.

Daily Cut-Off: Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day.

Peak Seasons: During high-volume periods (such as collection drops, major sales, or holiday seasons), processing may take 3 – 4 business days. We appreciate your patience while we carefully package your items!
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Timelines
We offer several shipping tiers to fit your needs. Shipping rates are calculated dynamically at checkout based on the total weight of your package and your destination.

3. Order Tracking
Once your package is handed over to the courier (USPS, FedEx, DHL, or UPS), Shopify will automatically send you a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to update and become live.
4. International Shipping, Customs & Duties
We ship to most countries worldwide! Please note the following for international orders:
Important Notice: International shipments may be subject to local import duties, customs tariffs, and value-added taxes (VAT) levied by your country's customs authority. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.We cannot predict these fees, and they are not included in our shipping costs.
5. Incorrect Addresses & Return to Sender
Please double-check your shipping address, apartment/unit numbers, and zip codes during checkout.

Changes: If you notice an error in your address, please email us within 1 hour of placing your order. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we cannot change the destination.

Returned Packages: If a package is returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the items.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Damaged Items: If your clothing arrives damaged or defective, please contact our support team immediately with your order number and photos of the damage.

Missing Packages: If your tracking info shows "Delivered" but you cannot find your package, please check with neighbors or around your property. Sometimes carriers scan items as delivered up to 24 hours before they physically arrive. If it still hasn't appeared after 24 hours, please contact us.
